There is not a global templates folder. But you can simulate that
condition by having one folder with your custom templates, and set
that as the templates folder for all of your configured web sites.
ok thanks. i was hoping to modify the default one -- so the standard,
default xhtml 1.0 transitional document you get after pressing
control+apple+N (without any extra, further setting changes) would be
the new, different version -- looks like that specifically isn't
possible.
