Yep. Is that a problem? I've never seen them mix hex and ascii in
the same URL.

I've got a few different types of "obfuscation detector" in my spam
filter; some work better than others. For this type, I just look for
encoding in the domain/ip of a URL, and autodelete the message. (Of
course I have my mailing lists whitelisted, or else this thread would
never have reached me.;)
