Yea, "Select None" is disabled on my system too. I even removed a bunch of my services to make sure there was no conflict (although, I think key combination conflicts are always resolved in favor of the front-most app).
Is this a bug? Or is there something we're simply overlooking? Is it enabled on anybody's system? If I don't hear anything, I'll open a ticket with Bare Bones.
