I guess it depends on what you intend to do with the project. 
:-) If you want to create a project with just that folder in it, 
there's no advantage to using an insta-project and then saving 
it; it's just extra steps. Instead, make a new project document 
and add the desired folder to it.

Otherwise, if you want to use an insta-project as a starting 
point, go ahead and add files, collections, etc. to it, and when 
you go to close it, BBEdit will offer to save it for you.
