But then files won't be verified when I switch back to BBEdit. I
understand the implications of the delays and have made a
conscious choice to accept the delay when I have remote files open.
My comment was a clarification that just having ExpanDrive open
should not cause the delays. If BBEdit is still spinning for a
few seconds with no remote files open then the problem is most
likely something other than ExpanDrive.
