One of the killer BBEdit features for HTML in my mind is the Tag Maker and Edit Tag functions. They are under the Markup menu. I have them bound to cmd-m and cmd-alt-m respectively. Once you are in an html file, you can just pound the cmd-m combo all day long and pick out tags and markup from the menu that pops up. You can revisit a tag too and use the Edit Tag function to get a tag-specific window to edit things.

Tag Maker is context aware, so it only gives you tags and options that are appropriate.
