We are using a Blackberry with only a POP server - no Notes or Exchange. At first, the Blackberry would receive mail but never delete it from the server. When we asked RIM about that they said it was our responsibility to delete mail. Nevertheless, from that day on the Blackberry did delete mail on the POP server, so I expect they changed some parameter for us.
