Also, to avoid problems with future cards that have the same design flaw, we
should add a module parameter (maybe BTCOEXIST=0) for disabling Bluetooth
coexistence completely. This way, other (unknown) cards that have this bug
can still be used with the BTCOEXIST=0 parameter without fiddling around
with the SPROM (which is not quite warranty-safe).
