I am located in soutwest Oregon.  The fence I have is spec'd by the Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, 7 1/2 feet tall with barbed wire at the top.  

I have seriously been considering putting out a portable radio at night during the harvest period and tuning it to a talk radio station.
