Hi! Stacey, There are a number of things worth considering. The Peppering, mentioned in another post, is the starting point. It is worth noting that the Pepper will be specie specific and if you have a number of varieties of mosquitos, each will need to be included in one or more Peppers.
Having made the Pepper there are a number of methods of application. RS literally used a pepper shaker and sprinkled the Pepper around the area to be treated. This undoubtedly works. It would seem that intend plays a part in this and the amount of actual physical material required is quite small. I like the idea of working out a pattern to walk along, which will give the desired coverage. One can take the Pepper and soak it in some alcohol for a week, percussing each day. This provides a Stock Solution to make a Homoeopathic of the Pepper. Dowse the required dilution and make up in the traditional way, or find a tame Radionics Practitioner to do it using an instrument. This will give you a bottle from which a few drops are mixed with water in a trigger pack or other spray and sprayed around the area, as required. A daily spray for seven days at a particular time, seems best. I suggest for mosquitos that at dusk may be the time. Another method of distribution would be to have one of Hugh Lovel's Field Broadcasters. In that case you would collect samples of the offending insects, preferably segregating them and getting each type identified and send them to Hugh, for him to arrange to have "Rae Cards" made and then he can produce the Witness for the FB, as required.
