Stacey and everyone, A quick search on ixquick.com showed several places specializing in bat houses and I'm sure you can easily find plans for home made shelters as well. However, I'm not sure how close you must live to their natural nesting territory to be included in the bats' nightly range. I'd check with a local wildlife conservation group for more information.
Of course, I'm sure aerial spraying plays havoc with the survival of these important mammals. Best, Deborah
