Becuz, then what would you do with it???   Stir for twenty minutes and apply 
as usual.  If you had a stirring machine you could achieve stirring Nirvana 
in fifteen minutes without pre-potenization...SStorch.
PS:  the number at JPI is 276 930 -2463, just ask Merlin...
