Nobody mentioned taste yet! Allan - if you had some samples of supermarket produce alongside yours, and the taste was chalk and cheese (in favour of yours of course) how many of your customers would then complain about the price?
Right you are, of course, but, actually, Lloyd, the tongue that is accustomed to over sweetened processed foods cannot necessarily appreciate the value of real food.
My challenge is to communicate with customers that I have yet to meet and who have yet to meet fresh, authentic produce.
