Incidentally, I've been finding out more about Don Croft's "cloudbuster" which is not a cloudbuster but an atmospheric reorganizer. Yes, it not only is safe to set up and leave working at all times, it is highly desirable. God, have we been getting the rain. All the lakes are full and overflowing.
