You can use SQLXML with Oracle provided you use the "Client-side XML" capabilities (as 
Vinod mentioned earlier). This feature of SQLXML allows you to connect to any OLEDB 
source and extract the data. The XML transformation can then be done on the client.   
If you want to convert your existing application using SQLXML to support Oracle, you
