                Hi, 
                 
                Please mono is pure ignorance. Mono is much 
                more of a research project and will continue like 
                that. Will your enterprise be willing to run their 
                applications on mono when they do not know when it will be 
                complete. For any company that works on Microsoft they pay for 
                the support.  .Net will keep evolving  and do you 
                think we can deploy after 4 years on mono. If .Net 1.3 comes 
                ,can you tell how long before mono can get the support for those 
                changes? Can we call the mono people if out of 15000 files one 
                cannot be deployed?
                 
                Tell me if after 10 years you cannot run a Visual 
                Basic or a visual C++ application on UNIX, why or how do you 
                think we will run anything on MONO. 
                 
                Another variant of the same is ROTOR.
