Well, I'm not Gerald, but I'll be surprised if anything is changing on the PCB. The change to a 4G eMMC requires no changes to the PCB and are being made to improve margin, so don't expect to see any new parts. On the other hand, why don't you just use P9.21 and P9.22 for the uart0 rts/cts lines?
