How would flash get ruined? So do you mean having a secondary rootfs? Is it possible to have the rootfs on an sd card and everything else running from eemc as-is? So back to the original question: what is the best/easiest/quickest way to create a simple gui with a few soft buttons controlling a couple gpios and talking to the adc?
