Under low loads this patch (or something else at 4.1.13-ti-r30), have caused a dramatic power decrease on the BBB. Disabling state1 brings it back to the same board temperature, which makes it sound like that cpuidle was not working previously. (I was not sure it it was only the /sys interface that was not available). I still couldn't fully determine how this affect real time latencies, but hope to provide data soon.
