It's usually a duplicate address book entry. If you can find the
duplicate(s) and erase them, it usually works fine after that. I've
found, though, that the error is superficial, and everything works fine
in spite of it.

Thanks!

Subject: [Bes-admins] Question re: Address Book Not Synching

Hi Everyone,

I have a user who is performing an enterprise activation and gets the
following message: "Some database failed to synchronize: Address Book".
Apparently the contacts are getting synched. I am thinking maybe there
is a corrupt entry in the address book. Can I get some suggestions on
how to solve this problem?

Thanks
