Could be a couple of things: Blank contact entries and distribution lists do not synchronize to the BlackBerry smartphone during the Enterprise Activation and can cause the same error message to appear.
Also - depending on your mail system: There are invalid characters (#...@!%-,^") in your BlackBerry smartphone Address Book, Notes address book, or your Microsoft Outlook contacts. You have created a Novell GroupWise contact that contains no first name and last name, supplying only the display name. Any of those will do it also. >>> "Moller, Doreen" <[email protected]> 8/28/2009 2:14 PM >>> I have a user who is performing an enterprise activation and gets the following message: "Some database failed to synchronize: Address Book". Apparently the contacts are getting synched. I am thinking maybe there is a corrupt entry in the address book. Can I get some suggestions on how to solve this problem? _______________________________________________ Bes-Admins mailing list [email protected] http://www.dataoutages.com/mailman/listinfo/bes-admins http://www.dataoutages.com http://www.dataoutagenews.com RSS Feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Bes-admins ---------------------------------
