OK, that makes it easy. Please open the agent log and see what the agent is trying to do immediately before and after this line. This alarm is a truncated version of the full occurrence and does not say much. The encouraging part is "Exception Handled" - this really means that BES was expecting to get an exception in a given code block and therefore knows how to deal with it.

I always thought that the BES had nothing to do with Blackberry Messenger, and that it use my provider and Rim's servers, so I have been writing it off as an issue on their end, but then I noticed this error that keeps popping up, and wondering if it's related.
