Delete On Handheld should only delete from the device, and not from Outlook. Messages will be removed from the device as they are removed from Outlook.

But when she deletes from Outlook she wants it to synch to the Blackberry. Can this be done? Her email reconciliation option was set to delete on handheld but did not create the desired result. Emails removed from Outlook to not get synched back to the device.
