We are unable to view HTML e-mails through our BES. 
 
All that can be seen in the email is the Subject with a white screen 
underneath. All HTML e-mails that go through BIS accounts are viewable.

Devices - BOLD 9700
BlackBerry Version:  5.0.0.330 and  5.0.0.442
Enable HTML Email: - Yes
Download Images Automatically: - Yes
 
BES information
BES for Novell GroupWise ver. 4.1.6 MR6
 
Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
