I have a user that had a Curve on our BES, and rented a 8830 to go to Europe. The 8830 is currently on our BES. He's back, but for some reason, his curve is not accepting the device password he said he had.
Since it's not currently associated with our BES, I can't simply reset it. Is there any way of getting it associated on the BES (5.0) without having the password? Barring that, is there any way of getting the pictures off? Everything is the onboard memory, no media card. We do have a department with access to Encase Forensic software if that is an option, but I don't want to bug them if it won't work.NOTICE: This electronic mail transmission from the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl may constitute an attorney-client communication that is privileged at law.
