Hi all,

I am stuck here with an activation of a new phone on a BESX server. The phone 
says waiting for services and the PIN shows up in the BES admin console, but 
not the device model or last contact date. The IT policy has not yet applied to 
the phone, and all the services are running normally on the server. We have 
other users activated on the server and the carrier keeps insisting that the 
BES data plan is associated with the account. I have tried resetting activation 
password, then just deleted and recreated the account. MAGT seems to indicate 
communication with the phone, but it is just sitting on the waiting for 
services screen. 5.0.1.5 on server.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can try? Thanks!
