What'd the ALRT and CTRL logs look like prior to the reboot. I'm betting they had some clues in there.

Deleting/recreating did not help, no errors in event logs or anything particularly useful in the BES server logs. Same for restarting BES services on server. The users on the server saw no problems with any service at all the entire time, ie, everything else was working fine. Miraculously, a full server reboot and (probably more importantly) a RAM increase resulted in multiple successful activations! The server was almost out of RAM, but I have never seen that affect an activation before. Anyone else seen that as a solution before? Thanks!
