I have installed and add a test user account from AD, sent email from RIM services and confirmed this is working on the test account. I took out my own SIM card from my Blackberry device which is provisioned to use Blackberry service (currently using 4.1.7.)
Installed Bes Express, test account is ready, email works, however activation is failing. When I logon to the administration page, do I need to authenticate to AD or can I choose Blackberry Admin service ? I have tried using the default password assigned by the BAS, I also have tried setting up myself and makes no difference. is there log files I can check ? Any advice will be much appreciated -- Regards Yasar Er
