As one of only two admins supporting over 700 BlackBerrys one of the most
frustrating things is trying to tell the client where to find an option on
their device/os. I had most of them memorized but with OS 6 I still get lost
trying to find some things. Is there anything out there to assist admins like
me struggling to walk a client through, for example, regenerating an encryption
key? Most times I'm helping novice end users through performing these functions.
