Keep in mind though, it simulates pretty much everything, so you have to wait 
for it to boot as well.

As one of only two admins supporting over 700 BlackBerrys one of the most 
frustrating things is trying to tell the client where to find an option on 
their 
device/os. I had most of them memorized but with OS 6  I still get lost trying 
to find some things. Is there anything out there to assist admins like me 
struggling to walk a client through, for example, regenerating an encryption 
key? Most times I’m helping novice end users through performing these 
functions.
