Have you tried resending the service books? Is this behavior reflected on
all handsets your BES manages?

Any insight with this is greatly appreciated, here is our config;

bes 5.0 sp2 high availability (3 servers)
 
At present we are experiencing this issue, some not all users devices are
auto purging mail without any user intervention. Anything you all have is
greatly appreciated.
