Any insight with this would be greatly appreciated. I have a small BES (v 4.1.6.16) supporting 10 various types of BBs. 3 users on different BBs/diff BB OS randomly cannot receive emails. One user experiences this almost every third day, the other about every 3 weeks and the last about once a month, yet they can send emails fine. My quick fix is to go in and delete them as a user and then add them back and have them reactivate. Any suggestions as to how/where I can look to fix this? Thanks....
