I believe you would need to remove old IT Policy. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richard Lawley Sent: Wednesday, March 23, 2011 2:22 PM To: A list for BES Admin's to discuss issues, etc. Subject: [Bes-admins] Moving from BES Professional to BAS Express
We moved from BES Pro 4.1 to BAS Express and I cannot activate the users on the BAS. The process that I've done so far: Delete user from BES Wait for about 10 minutes Create user on BAS Enterprise activate on the phone Hangs at Waiting for Services RIM's solution was to wipe the phones and re-activate the user. This is fine for local users, but I have a lot of remote users that cannot do that on their own. Does anyone know of a file or files that I can delete on the handheld that will allow me to activate a user on the BAS and forget that it was on the BES?
