Create a new contacts folder in the Mailbox root. Move all the contacts in outlook to the new folder. Then copy any contacts that you want to see on the BB to the root "Contacts" folder. I believe if you are running OS 5.0 or later, you can select which contact folders should sync as well. This is found in BAS under Messaging Configuration section.
