Jqt-win-x64.zip only contains jqt.exe and jqt.dll. The Qt libraries are in download/qtlib/qt48-win-x64.zip. The easiest way to install in a fresh j801 is to run install'qtide' from the j console. The setup.exe files have not been updated, so you need to use the console or download both zips to install by hand.
