The file now renamed, file description added. Since jqt.cmd is removed,
clicking on jqt.exe can start up faster without the intial dos prompt
windoe.

previous update method continue working.  The installer is fool proof.
Update either with the previous method or installing the updated installer
again.

The avast may issue false alarm because the installer was built on a
debian, but you should double check with other anti-virus programs.
