the size of jqt_1.0.22_w64.exe is over 15MB, can you confirm
you had download and install this file?
You cannot mix old jqt with current qt runtime or vice versa
because they are built using different c++ complers, the function
names will be mangled differently.

(a really long name ending in @Z) could not be located

This is in Windows 7 loading the 64 bit version.
How should they be installed?
