This logic works equally well for ~home/.j701/profilex.ijs or 
~home/AppData/Local/jsoftware/j701/profilex.ijs

(Note that by ~home/ I mean the platform-specific user home folder, not that J 
should check the setting for its ~home folder)

AFAICS this the default config in J602 and the latest J701 beta. (Wasn't in the 
zipped Gtk IDE beta, but I think that was just to make installation easy).
