If you're looking for an IDE experience similar to J6 (i.e. not JHS in the
web browser), then you need to download the zip from here:

I don't think J7 decomitted any language features, but I expect all the
j.exe-specific features have been decommited (i.e. I'd expect at least any
wd GUIs to break, and maybe also things like timers and sockets, but I
haven't tried any of this).
