Or you may check if a new directory in server's file system had been created for new users. Try log in jhs at jsoftware and use shell commands such as 2!:0 'ls -l' to confirm the file permission and directory structure. I also use a classic browser (w3m on a framebuffer terminal) so that my experience with jhs is very very limited. Also the fonts are too small (when using firefox) for me.
