It seems I lost my quote key under jgtk.
There my 2 quote keys produce ´` (copied from a jgtk session) whereas in
J602 I get '`
In J602 I find
a. i. '´`'
194 180 96
a. i. '''`'
39 96
How do I get my normal quote 39{a. in jgtk?
