I have only recently learned how to use pacman -- the J Wiki search feature found references, and verb jpkg was the best way for me.
As Jsoftware nears the end of the beta process, please make time to write a basic description of how to get started and how to use jconsole, jhs, and gtkide, with links to more detailed information. For jhs Eric had to tell me how to create side by side jijx and jfile browser windows -- please include information like that, even the use of Alt+Tab to switch between the windows. Some of us are slow to realize "Oh, that's how you do J with a browser!"
