Thanks, I see that the context menu entries are now gone for a read-only IJS and return when read-only is turned off.
I did find another oddity. If I open an IJS file using Firefox and then open the same IJS file in IE, I get a window from IE that says: Message from webpage ev_body_load failed: Error: Invalid pointer. The main IE page does say, as you would expect: WARNING: file already open!
