Following the steps you give I can't reproduce getting the message about ev_body_load failed.
Can you reproduce it? If you can, are there precise steps required. In that error message can you get any additional info on the failure? I think it more likely there is a race condition in IE jijs and that it is unrelated to FF having been there first. Let me know if you ever see the error without the complication of another browser accessing the same file.
