The only issue I see with moving to blue icons for JHS is that I imagine that many users will continue to use J602a jwd alongside J701 for some time to come (as they migrate apps & wait for j701 functionality to catch up). It would be nice to be able to tell the difference between J701 JHS & J602 jwdw based on the icon colour.
