Still catching up! I've just discovered what "favicons" are and find that the J one (whether blue or not) does not appear in Google Chrome, my preferred browser. At least, it is not displayed just to the left of http://127.0.0.1:65001/jijx, although the blue icon is shown beside Jijx in the tab label.
My version of Chrome (8) said it was up-to-date; it's running under Windows Vista. I've now downloaded the Beta version (Chrome 9.0.597.67) with the same non-appearance of this icon.
