People upgrading from 6.5.0 to 6.5.1 may a experience a notable delay with the system starting up for the first time after the upgrade.
Andy put in a fix to clean up file cache entries that weren't being cleaned up regularly with 6.5. The first time 6.5.1 is run the cleanup will take some time. Once 6.5.1 has got itself up and running the delay should not be an ongoing issue as the cleanup is smaller.
