I just had a chance to play with the drag-and-drop reordering of the
playlist. A couple of suggestions:

- When reordering items, it's too easy to accidentally click the area
you intend to drag and end up bringing up track details. It's not then
end of the world if that happens, but an annoyance.

- I think using the background highlighting to indicate where an item
will be dropped is confusing, particularly since the same highlighting
is used for the currently playing song.

- The transparent item itself as it's being dragged is more visually
complex than it needs to be. I see a rectangular grayed area, plus a
transparent highlighted area offset vertically and horizontally from
that rectangle. Place that over the highlighted background as you drag
it and it's way too much.

- You shouldn't be able to drag an item beyond either end of the list.
Dropping it when the mouse cursor is beyond the end should drop the item
either first or last in the list. It doesn't do this now. If you drag
it too far and drop it, then it goes back to where it came from.

If you've ever used the Netflix web interface for reordering your movie
queue, it's very similar, but they do a few simple (visually speaking)
things that makes it rather nice:

- Like this skin, there are clickable links within the area being
dragged around. It uses an open hand cursor when in a "drag" portion
of the area (and even a closed hand when you hold the mouse button down
and have grabbed something), but then a pointer cursor when over a
link.

- When an item is "picked up" it leaves an open grayed area behind.

- To give a positive indication of where an item will be placed as
you're dragging it, they move a small arrow to the line between
selections. This pointer is to the side of the list and just moves up
and down as you drag.
