Hoooorrraaayyyyy! Problem solved and I got SqueezeCenter to open! Thanks Mickey - although the problem was not in the Microsoft security center (all the ports were allowing access and in the exceptions already), it was the problem in my McAfee Security. The McAfee firewall allowed access to slimserver but was denying access to squeezecenter and when I allowed access to Squeezecenter, Squeeze opened right up. Thanks for everyone's help - I really appreciate it! Bill
