Do you get anything in the Windows event viewer (settings/administrative tools)? What does c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\squeeezcenter\squeezecenter.log say? Can you run squeezecenter.exe from the command line (DOS window)? What Windows version are you using? Did you upgrade from a previous SlimServer version?
